Refund policy

Returns are accepted within the 7 days after you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please contact us at orders@claramaejames.com as soon as you decide to return. We can send you a prepaid shipping label to print out (cost will be deducted from your return). Items that have been used or damaged by the customer will not be accepted; if we can not re-sell the returned item it will be shipped back to you without refund.
