Shipping policy

All purchases will be processed and shipped within 3 days of order via USPS ground and USPS Priority. Customers will be sent a tracking number once the order has been processed. First Class Mail will take anywhere from 1-5 days (depending on your location) to ship once the order has been processed. Priority Mail will take anywhere from 1-3 days (depending on your location) to ship once the order has been processed. Clara Mae James is not responsible, nor liable for any package that is lost or damaged once the package has been shipped. Lost or damaged packages must be reported to whichever carrier handled the delivery.
